The barons crashed out of the consolation cup with an excellent performance despite this being there first game for over 2 months the game started well and on the barons first attack victoria parry gave the barons the lead, the away side then came into the game and had a couple of good chances.
But the barons switched off and conceded 3 quick goals despite this the barons enjoyed good play with sam pease and abbey quinn combining and the later's shot just missed the target and they got there second wind and pulled a goal back with another threw ball that victoria parry latched on to to lift her shot over the advancing keeper and into the net.

The barons came out all guns blazing inthe second half and had a right good go at the away side and for 15 minutes the barons were on top and good chances went begging for anna thomson,victoria parry abby quinn and sam pease but they came to nothing but has they tired brandlesholme match fitness showed has they rattled in 4 more goals and it was left to victoria parry to complete her hat-trick and take the man of the match award
