The Barons got their first win of the season with a good win away at Rishton.
Barons took the lead in the first half with a good goal from Teal Amos. The second goal came with a good run at the defence but they were unable to clear it, and Teal scored his second.
Rishton came back with a good goal coming from a cross.
However the Barons who were strong in midfield with Richard Guy went up the other end of the pitch from kick off and scored their third. Teal Amos the finisher again. The Rishton keeper made a couple of good saves in the first half to deny the Barons any further goals.
The second half began with the game poised and could go either way. Barons soaked up some Rishton pressure for the first 5 minutes. However a good cross was headed in by Teal Amos for him to claim his 4th and the Barons 4th.
The game was over when two clearances from the back were both well taken by Liam Green who finsihed both off to put Barons 6-1 winners.
Teal Amos grabbed the Barons man of the match for his four goals and Jack Hilton picked up Rishton's man of the match for his hard work.
